About Janine Murphy
Janine has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2011. She has a particular passion for prenatal yoga and trained in teaching prenatal yoga at Kripalu.
Prenatal yoga is a place for you to move your ever changing body and experience relief from aches and pains, as well as help prepare for the physical and emotional experience of giving birth.
It is also a place for you to share your experience of your pregnancy. A place where we use yogic tools to help with anxiety and other emotions that can arise during pregnancy.
Class is appropriate for every stage of pregnancy! It will be a small group class experience limited to 10 participants.
Janine believes yoga can be joyful and creative and doesn’t have to be too serious. Nobody and everybody is good at yoga.
