Every parent deserves to feel supported. Come join our community! In this group, parents of children 2 years or younger will have the opportunity to express their struggles and to feel supported, validated and encouraged along their parenthood journey. Babies and toddlers are welcome to join!

About Ariana Stadtlander
I’m a local mother of three young children, ages 6, 4, and 2 and a survivor of postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and postpartum rage. Since finding my own healing, I’ve become passionate about postpartum health and supporting parents. In June 2023, I created the Postpartum Support for Parents group at EMC, which has truly been an honor to facilitate.
Since the beginning of 2024, I’ve also been a part of PSI’s Peer Mentor program, where I’m able to offer help and support to moms struggling with PMADs (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders).
