I am privileged to be a part of Empowered Midwifery Care PLLC and serve the individuals and families of the Capital Region, alongside Lisa. As an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse and a mother of 3, I understand the importance of providing high-quality, attentive care. After spending many years in a traditional healthcare setting, I have a vision of offering a better way. My intent is to allow all our clients and their families to feel empowered and safe in their journey.

I live in Washington County with my husband, 3 children, a pup, a pig and more chickens than I can count, surrounded by flowers and veggies.
