About Empowered Midwifery Care
Empowered Midwifery Care PLLC is a small private practice which was founded by Lisa Preller CNM LM in May 2021. Access to quality individualized midwifery care is a very important personal and professional mission. In contrast to larger practices, here individuals will receive care in a smaller, more focused setting where compassionate, inclusive care is tailored to you and you decide with the support of me.
This practice aims to provide full scope obstetrics care in a focused setting where expectant families have the ability to be educated, informed, and cared for. Individuals also have the opportunity to receive necessary gynecological well-person care that is reassuring and thorough.
Located in Delmar, New York, as of March 1, 2022, Empowered Midwifery Care PLLC is currently in-network with Aetna,CDPHP, BSNENY Highmark, Anthem BCBS, MVP, NYSHIP, United and Empire Plan. We also offer care for patients who are out of network for a nominal out of pocket expense. Please feel free to reach out to review potential costs and payment options.
