You will learn techniques to connect with your pelvic floor and core during pregnancy to help prepare your muscles for labor and delivery. Expectant parents\, nursing children\, and non-school-aged children are welcome to join. Come as you are\, stay or go as needed. You can expect to make connections\, create friendships\, and build community with other breastfeeding families. Facilitated by local Certified Lactation Counselor\, and owner of The Milk Mentor\, Becky LaBombard.
